Requirements

Prior to Booking, please read the following requirements

$300 refundable deposit as long as there is no damage to the watercraft.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A PERSONAL WATERCRAFT IN FLORIDA
16 OR OLDER IF ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
No minimum age for passengers.
FLORIDA RENTAL EXAM:
For anyone born after January 1st, 1988:
Per State Law, In order to rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must complete the 20 Minute Online Temporary Boaters Exam.
The cost of the exam is $10 and consists of 20-25 questions. Only the driver needs the exam. A Passenger does not need the exam.

The basics

We Check ID's Please Bring a valid Photo ID (Name and ID must match the credit card used for purchase.
You must be 18 years old or older to rent and operate a Jet Ski alone. Passenger must be 6 Years or older. Minimum age to operate with an adult. (21yrs+) as a passenger is a 14 years or older.
All Jet Skis are intended to fit 2 Adults and 2 Children. Max weight is 450lbs.
Reservations are required.

What is provided with my rental?

Fuel, U.S. Coast Guard PWC Safety Equipment, Adult and Children life jackets.
Note: Small children may require a special type of Personal Flotation Device (PFD). Please inform us during the reservation of any small children that may require these types of PFDs.

What do I need to bring with me?

Valid government issued photo I.D.‘s for all adults that are driving a jet ski.
One credit card per reservation
Towels
Reef safe sunscreen
Bathing suit (Neoprene protective wet suit bottoms recommended)
Sun protective clothing (ie. Sun Shirt)
Floating straps for sunglasses (recommended)

What if the weather is bad?

Reservations will not proceed in unsafe weather conditions. Management will assess the weather day of and determine if conditions are unsafe for operation with every effort to reschedule or the option of receiving a refund.

How many people can fit on a Jet Ski?

2x Adults OR 1x Adult and 2x Children
Total Weight Limit: 500lbs

Where can I take a Boater Education class?

Do I need a license to operate a Jet Ski?

Florida statute states anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 is required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) approved boating education course or have passed a course equivalency or temporary certificate examination.
